{"id":1,"date":"2018-09-15T21:49:03","date_gmt":"2018-09-15T19:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/edulab.jakob-fugger-gymnasium.de\/?p=1"},"modified":"2018-11-25T14:01:51","modified_gmt":"2018-11-25T13:01:51","slug":"eroeffnung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edulab.jakob-fugger-gymnasium.de\/en\/2018\/09\/15\/eroeffnung\/","title":{"rendered":"Opening edu.lab on September 14th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/edulab.jakob-fugger-gymnasium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eroeffnung.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-47 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/edulab.jakob-fugger-gymnasium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eroeffnung-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" tabindex=\"-1\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">On September 14th, 2018, the grand opening of the new multimedia room <strong>edu.lab<\/strong> took place at the <a href=\"https:\/\/jakob-fugger-gymnasium.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jakob Fugger Gymnasium Augsburg<\/a>.<\/span> <span class=\"\">All supporters and friends of the Jakob Fugger Gymnasium came to the opening.<\/span> <span class=\"\">After a short welcome by the headmaster Wilhelm Kugelmann and the head of school department of the city of Augsburg Hermann K\u00f6hler, the project manager J\u00f6rg Haas presents the new concept and the state-of-the-art equipment of the laboratory to the guests.<\/span> While the guests had a short visit at the small &#8220;analog&#8221; buffet, the students of the JFG conquered their <strong>edu.lab<\/strong> and set the equipment to life. <span class=\"\">Robots were built, minicomputers and scratch games programmed, pancakes printed with the <strong>edu.lab<\/strong> logo as dessert, new VR worlds discovered and first attempts made with the 3D scanner and 3D printers &#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 14th, 2018, the grand opening of the new multimedia room edu.lab took place at the Jakob Fugger Gymnasium Augsburg.
